Venus In Leo Opposite Pluto: A Trip To The Underworld.
"Sometimes, only one person is missing, and the whole world seems depopulated." - 40 Rules Of Love.
Venus is the goddess of love, desire and connection, but we all know that!
What we often do not relate to Venus is civilization. If we did not have a sense of Venus, we would not be able to build, co-exist and thrive. In short, if it weren’t for Venus gifting us the ability to love and share, we would be in a world of destruction.
Venus has been depicted in a lot of ancient civilizations under different names i.e. Inanna, Ishtar and Aphrodite. One thing all her depictions agree on is when she is absent or wounded, there’s no life. She rules everything we enjoy from nature to food to fertility and all the way to color theory.
On an individual level, if Venus is wounded, we can safely say that you would be relating on a personal level to the Rolling Stones famous song “I can’t find no satisfaction.” In her absence, she creates an inner void so painful that most things become unbearable. She’s passion, intoxication and wellness.
When Venus is not having fun up there in the sky, it’s just imperative we will not be either and needless to say that Venus’ trek in Cancer was filled with heavy nostalgic battles, infidelity and struggling with our needs for softness and care.
